Google Pixel 10 Series Release Date
Google will unveil the Pixel 10 series at its Made by Google event on August 20, with pre-orders beginning the same day and shipping set for August 28. The lineup will include the Pixel 10, 10 Pro, 10 Pro XL, and the foldable Pixel 10 Pro Fold.

The Pixel 10 series is still a little way off, but there’s plenty of buzz surrounding what will make these next-gen phones stand out from their predecessors and rivals. With rumors of a brand-new Tensor G5 chip and improved biometric features, anticipation is building for what could be Google’s most advanced Pixel yet.
Especially as the Pixel 9 series has not quite lived up to users’ expectations, and our thoughts on the Pixel 9 are rather mixed. Here’s everything we know so far about the new Pixel 10 series, including the latest news, rumors and expert predictions on the release date, price and specs.
The good news here, however, is that Google will be keeping the “Pro” model for the Pixel 10. So we’re looking at the Pixel 10 and Pixel 10 Pro with the same size displays. Then the Pixel 10 Pro XL with a larger display and the foldable Pixel 10 Pro Fold.
Keeping the design the same is perfectly fine for the Pixel 10, since the Pixel 9’s redesign was so great. Everyone absolutely loved the design of the Pixel 9, so it’s good to see Google sticking with it for the Pixel 10. Though we did expect to see a little bit of a change to the design, iterating on it.
Under the hood, the Pixel 10 will reportedly be powered by Google’s latest Tensor G5 chip, succeeding the Tensor G4 used in the Pixel 9. This change is anticipated to bring improvements in processing power and efficiency. On the software side, the Pixel 9 is already running Android 16, so the Pixel 10 is likely to ship with Android 16 straight out of the box.
